Authority boundary
RuleMark assigns canonical identities to frozen standards, preserves their normative artifacts, and publishes matching human and machine records. It is not a regulator, court, certification body, legal adviser or implementation consultant.
Publishing authority
RuleMark may author and publish standards under its own canonical ID namespace. Publication records identity, version, status and integrity evidence; it does not guarantee regulatory acceptance or suitability for a particular use.
A frozen version cannot be rewritten in place. A normative content change requires a new version. Previous versions remain resolvable.
Interpretive boundary
RuleMark explains its publication procedure and registry semantics. It does not issue legal, financial, regulatory or compliance advice, and registry presence is not an endorsement of an organization, asset or implementation.
Independent professional review remains necessary wherever law, regulation, investment or operational risk is involved.
Publishing procedure
01Assign a unique RM-S-* canonical ID and version.
02Preserve the normative artifact and calculate integrity metadata.
03Publish one matching canonical and machine record.
04Resolve the ID, hash, page and download to the same artifact.

DRAFT is an unpublished working state and does not appear in the Canonical Standards Registry. Deprecated is reserved for software interfaces; revoked is reserved for credentials or authorizations.
